Family Fun, Huge Dock, Beautiful House - Life on the lake at its best!
UPDATE: We just added a brand new bathroom! There are now 2 bathrooms on the main level and 1 bathroom upstairs. The new bathroom upstairs has a vanity with 2 sinks, toilet, and tiled shower. We don't have pictures yet but will upload them as soon as we can.
Trade in your troubles and stress for a relaxing, fun-filled stay at Dock Holiday! Bask in the sun on the rooftop deck of our brand new, deep-water dock, or unwind underneath in the shade as the sounds of the water lull you to sleep. Bring or rent your own boat and jet skis and park them under our covered dock in safety. After spending all day on the water come inside to recharge in one of Lake Lanier's first lakeside homes, expanded and completely renovated in 2019!

As the county seat of Hall County, the historic town of Gainesville has lots to offer. With so much to do and see you may find yourself coming for the lake but staying for the local attractions and events. During your stay you’ll have access to our own personal guidebook for the best things to do and places to see, shop, and dine in the area. Most of the opportunities are just a short 20 minute drive from Dock Holiday.

Our house is filled with features:
- Expansive open floor plan with 20' timber frame ceilings
- Chef's kitchen with high end appliances and fully stocked with cookware and dishes
- Farmhouse dining table with seating for 12, plus there's additional seating for 8 at the counter bars
- Brand new everything: kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, doors and trim, fixtures, paint, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, furnishings, and dock
- Covered deck with propane grill
- Outdoor fire pit with grill grate for charcoal or wood-fired cooking
And don't forget our fabulous dock!
- The largest dock allowed for a single family home on Lake Lanier
- Covered slips available at no extra charge for one boat and up to two jet skis; or no boat and up to six jet skis
- Huge rooftop deck for hanging out and enjoying the view
- Swim platform with fold down, easy access ladder
- Kayaks, paddle board, oars/paddles, and life jackets of various sizes are included with your booking
- A large floating mat can be rented for an additional fee
