Our rates vary based on seasons and holidays. Current default rates for the offseason of 2025 are set at $299 for Sunday - Thursday nights and $379 for Friday and Saturday nights. However, these rates will change for peak season (May-September), as well as for various federal and school holidays throughout the year.
